Aaron Scott Bush

Aaron Scott Bush, age 41, a native of Salem, Indiana and a resident of Austin, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at his residence. He was born on September 22, 1982 to Glenn Bush and his wife Pam of Austin, Indiana and Gail (Bowman) Bush of Louisville, Kentucky. 

He was a Pentecostal by faith and a 2001 graduate of Austin High School. Aaron was a big teddy bear and had a great heart that he got from his grandfather. He was strong willed and loved to laugh and pick at people. He enjoyed Kentucky Basketball, rummage sales  and going to the casino. He is survived by his parents, One son, Adin Shelton of Austin, Indiana. One brother, Justin Bush and his wife Belinda of Austin, Indiana. One sister, Nicole Helblig and her husband Bobby of Seymour, Indiana and two step sisters, Mystin Williams and her spouse Linda of Hardinsburg, Indiana and Rebecca Bohall of Austin, Indiana.  Also Wyatt and Alexis that he loved as his very own and his girlfriend, Jillian Watson and her children, Brooklyn Watson and Chandler Collins.

Maternal grandmother, Rosa Lee Bowman - Collins, two uncles, James "Fudd" and Scott Bowman. Three nieces, Teagan, Jada and Heaven, two nephews, Forrest and Cashton, also aunt Miranda Bush and several cousins.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Glen D. Bush and his wife Audrey, Maternal grandfather, Herbert Bowman and maternal great grandmother, Volena "Ma" Meredith and aunt and uncle Donna Dean and Tracy Bush. 

The family will receive friends on Friday, February 16, 2024 from 5:00 PM until; 7:00PM at Christensen Family Funeral Home - Seymour Chapel. Celebration of life services will begin at 7:00 PM with Rev. Scott Bowman officiating.
