Addison Grace Davis passed away December 27, 2015 at Schneck Medical Center. She was born at 11:13 AM on Sunday, December 27, 2015.
She was the daughter of Douglas and Jennifer (Phillips) Davis of Austin, Indiana.
She is survived by parents; her siblings, Anthony Richko, Alaina Davis and Aiden Phillips; her paternal grandparents Robert and Eliza Davis of Seymour; her maternal grandparents, Tom and Alice Phillips of Austin.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at the Victory Missionary Baptist Church, 312 Myers St., Seymour. Visitation will be after 12:00 PM until the time of service on Wednesday December 30, 2015 at the church.
Memorials can be made at the church or the funeral home to the Addison Grace Davis Memorial Fund.
