Belva Lou Davis

September 12, 1926 — March 8, 2020

Belva Lou Davis, 93 of Brownstown and formerly of Norman, passed away on Sunday, March 8, 2020. She was born September 12, 1926, in London, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Thomas and Lucy Cheek.
Belva married Ralph Fleetwood, Robert Smith and Gene Davis who all preceded her in death.
Belva was a long-time member of Easyville Pentecostal Church. She worked as an LPN at Hoosier Christian Village before working at the Masonic Home in Franklin where she later retired. She loved being a nurse and helping people and thoroughly enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and family.
She is survived by her children, Danny Lee Fleetwood and Brenda Cremeens; two daughters-in-law, Paula Richards Fleetwood and Vickie Ault Fleetwood; 14 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, a sister, Elva Fleetwood, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, parents, three sons, Darrell J. Fleetwood, Gerald Wayne “GW” Fleetwood and David L. Smith; one son-in-law, Jerry Cremeens; one sister, Beatrice Ferrel, and one brother, Joe Henley Cheek.
Services will be conducted Wednesday, March 11, 2020, at 1:00 PM at Winklepleck & Brock Funeral Home in Brownstown. Friends and family may call on Wednesday after 11:00 AM until time of service. Burial will follow at Kurtz Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Kurtz Church of the Nazarene through Winklepleck & Brock Funeral Home.
