Charlotte (Sack) Davis

Charlotte Marie (Sack) Davis, age 84, a native of Washington State and a resident of Seymour, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, November 5, 2023 at Schneck Medical Center. 

She was born on February 20, 1939 to the late Henry Sack and the late Marie (Grauberger) Sack. 

Charlotte was a longtime faithful member of Zion Lutheran Church where she enjoyed so many memories with her church family, especially peeling apples for the famous Zion Lutheran apple dumplings. She will forever be remembered as a gracious, understanding lady with a lot of love in her heart for everyone, including non family members. She always wore a smile and did her best to make people feel special. She enjoyed flowers and loved her family dearly and especially spending time with her grand and great grand children. 

She is survived by her son, Greg Davis of Seymour, Indiana, one brother, Herman Grauberger and his wife Reba of Delaware and one sister, Ruthie Gambral and her husband Don of Seymour, Indiana. Nine grand children and Twelve great Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband of over 57 years, Albert Davis, two sons, Tony Davis and Jeff Davis and one sister, Laura Duggins. 

The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 25, 2023 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Zion Lutheran Church with funeral services beginning at 11:00 AM. She will be laid to rest at Lutheran Cemetery.
