Dahlia Mcintosh

Dahlia McIntosh, age 90 of Seymour, passed away at 3:08pm Monday, March 30, 2015, at the Covered Bridge Health Care. Born September 23, 1924 in Beattyville, KY, she was the daughter of Thomas and Mary Ann (Durbin) Flinchum. She was married to Donley McIntosh on October 21, 1944 and he passed in 1982. Dahlia was a member of the House of Prayer in Austin. She loved gardening and listening to bluegrass music. Survivors include her daughter Debbie Caudill and her husband Donnie of Seymour; grandchildren, Jamie (Aimee) Caudill and Tracy (Dennis) Luther; great grandchildren, Kaleb Caudill, Breanne Caudill, Gabriel Caudill, Cayden Luther and Cassidy Luther; sister-in-law, Irene Flinchum; also surviving are several cousins and nieces and nephews. Dahlia was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Wendell and daughter Wilma. A visitation will be held on Wednesday from 4:00pm until 6:00pm at Woodlawn Life Celebration Centre. Graveside services will be held at Horn Cemetery in Beattyville, KY on Thursday at 1:00pm. Memorials can be made to the donor’s choice.
