Denise Marie Thomas

Denise M Thomas, 72, of Underwood IN, quietly passed away at her home in Underwood IN on December 24, 2023. She was born July 18, 1951 in Fontana California to Luther Daniel Gates and Lucille Marie Manhart Gates, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Carlton Thomas. Survivors: son Chris Edwards & wife Amanda. Denise was a member of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church in Charlestown IN. She enjoyed the outdoors and along with Carlton they both enjoyed auctions and she assisted as an auction clerk. Denise gave herself the title of “Blivit Queen”, meaning she could fit 10 pounds of collectibles in a 1 pound bag!

In keeping with her request, cremation has taken place and she has joined Carlton forever in rest.
