Esther L. Rinehart

Esther L. Rinehart, age 85 of Seymour, passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at her home. Born September 7, 1934 in Richmond, Indiana, she was the daughter of Homer and Cloie (Ladd) Revalee. On April 18, 1953 in Richmond, she married Allan Ray Rinehart who preceded her in death.
Esther retired from Dickson’s where she worked for several years. She enjoyed watching the Walton’s, reading books and reading the local newspaper.
Survivors include her children, Bill (Cindy) Rinehart, Carol Rinehart, and Gary Rinehart all of Seymour, Jim (Kim) Rinehart of Richmond, Libby Rinehart of New Braunfells, TX and Jerry (Susi) Rinehart of Ausbach, Germany; grandchildren, Kevin (Mandy) Rinehart, Dane (Nakayah) Rinehart, Brady Rinehart, Will Rinehart, Lindsay Tinsley, Barry (Ashley) Rinehart, Kai Rinehart, Jordan Rinehart, Hannah Rinehart, Hunter Bailey, Jeremy Rinehart and Cassie Armstrong; great-grandchildren, Maeve, Davis, Finn and Lila; and sisters-in-law, JoAnn, Maggie, Ann and Patricia Revalee.
Esther was preceded in death by her husband, parents and siblings, Robert, Lloyd, Calvin and Lowell Revalee.
Rev. Dane Rinehart will conduct a memorial service at 5:00pm on Sunday, September 29, 2019 at Woodlawn Life Celebration Centre. Friends can visit with family one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at a future date at the Crown Hill Cemetery in Centerville, Indiana. Memorials can be made to the American Diabetes Association.
