José Andrés Rubio Jr., de 57 años, nativo de Laredo, Texas y residente de Seymour, Indiana, falleció el 8 de agosto del 2022 en Schneck Medical Center. Nació el 5 de diciembre de 1964. Hijo de José Andrés Rubio Sr. y Francis (Pérez) Pérez. Fue miembro de la Iglesia Vida Nueva en Columbus, Indiana. José siempre será recordado como un hombre que nunca conocía a un extraño y a quien le encantaba bromear con las personas. Disfrutaba el escribir en su diario y poner sus pensamientos en palabras. También le gustaba dibujar, la construcción y el hacer pequeños ajustes.

Dos hermanos, Rodolpho Salinas y su esposa Martha de Seymour, Indiana y Roque Salinas de Seymour, Indiana. Seis hermanas, Esmeralda Rubio de Laredo, Texas, Bertha Salinas de Seymour, Indiana, Maria Teresa Juarez y su esposo Javier de Ponca City, OK, Francis Salinas y su esposo Carlos de Ponca City, OK, Leticia Salinas de Seymour, Indiana y Sandra Alva y su esposo George de Pottet, Texas y trece nietos.

La familia estará recibiendo amigos y apoyo moral el viernes 19 de agosto de 2022 de 11:00 a.m. a 2:00 p.m. en Christensen Family Funeral Home. Servicio: 1:00 p.m. José será sepultado en el Cementerio de la Ciudad de Seymour.

Jose Andres Rubio Jr., age 57, a native of Laredo, Texas and a resident of Seymour, Indiana, passed away on August 8, 2022 at Schneck Medical Center. He was born on December 5, 1964 to the late Jose Andres Rubio Sr and Francis (Perez) Perez. He was a member of Vida Nueva Church in Columbus, Indiana. Jose will forever be remembered as a man that never met a stranger and was quite the jokester. He enjoyed journaling and putting his thoughts into words. He also enjoyed drawing, building and tinkering.
He is survived by his mother, five daughters, Nora Summitt and her husband Gregory of Ponca City, OK, Frances Guzman and her husband Matthew of Ponca City, OK, Rubianet Swanson and her husband Tyler of Ponca City, OK, Cynthia Rubio of Laredo, Texas and Thalia Campbell of Japan. Two brothers, Rodolpho Salinas and his wife Martha of Seymour, Indiana and Roque Salinas of Seymour, Indiana. Six sisters, Esmeralda Rubio of Laredo, Texas, Bertha Salinas of Seymour, Indiana, Maria Teresa Juarez and her husband Javier of Ponca City, OK, Francis Salinas and her husband Carlos of Ponca City, OK, Leticia Salinas of Seymour, Indiana and Sandra Alva and her husband George of Pottet, Texas and thirteen grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Friday, August 19, 2022 from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM at Christensen Family Funeral Home with services beginning at 1:00 PM. He will be laid to rest at the Seymour City Cemetery.
