Juanita F. (Hall) Harris, 83, of Brownstown, passed away July 7, 2017 at Seymour Crossing. Born May 17, 1934 in Heltonville, Indiana, she was the daughter of Homer F. and Eva A. (Hehe) Hall.
Juanita retired from Peoples Bank in Brownstown after more than 15 years of service. She worked as a self employed house keeper, cleaning for many homes in the Brownstown area. Juanita loved animals, she enjoyed baking, puzzles and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughter, Carla Harris of Brownstown; her son, Richard (Kimberly) Skaggs of Kurtz; daughter in law, Barbara Harris of Jasonville; two sisters, Deborah Haskett and Ruth Wilson both of Seymour; thirteen grandchildren, Ricky, Bob and Jason Skaggs, Jamie, Tim and Wesley Harris, Dustin Saude, Carl and Keith Warnock, Rachel Whipker, Amanda Harris, Barbara Hubbard and Elizabeth Ellis; Thirty-one great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Juanita also leaves behind her fury companion Molly.
She is preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Bobby and Tim Harris and one brother Dean Hall.
A celebration of life will be held from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM Sunday, July 16, 2017 at the Brownstown Senior Center. Friends and family are encouraged to come during this time and remember Juanita.
