Myles Matthew Scruggs

Myles Matthew Scruggs, age 8 months, passed away unexpectedly into the arms of Jesus on Monday, February 12, 2024 at his residence. He was the son of Brayden Scruggs and Allie DeHart. His family are members of Immanuel Lutheran Church. Myles loved to play and was a happy, vibrant baby boy that loved his plastic shovel, his mommy and would light up when his daddy would come home. He was always on the move, loved the outdoors and while learning to move around, loved to scoot across the floor backwards.

His favorite thing to watch was "Ms Rachel" and would smile big when he saw she was on the computer. 

He is survived by his parents, one sister, Miley Scruggs of Terra Haute, paternal grandparents, Dana and Shawn Christian of Seymour, Indiana and Kenneth M. Reed Jr. of Seymour, Indiana. Maternal grandmother, Heather DeHart of Seymour, Indiana. Aunts and uncles, Avery Dehart, Kameryn Reed, Treyton Brown and Ava Drew.

The family will receive friends on Monday, February 19, 2024 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM with funeral services beginning at 1:00 PM at Christensen Family Funeral Home  - Seymour Chapel. Pastor Ralph Blomenberg and Chaplain Robert Mills officiating.
