Nancy Lee Smith

Nancy Lee Smith, 69, of Seymour passed away at 10 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2013, at Seymour Crossing surrounded by her family. Born Feb. 24, 1944, in Columbus, Ohio, she was the daughter of James T. and Maryanne (Kleinline) Clevenger. In 1976, she married William W. Smith, who preceded her in death in 1997. Nancy worked for many years at Talon Manufacturing, Hoosier Christian Village and at Cortland Diner until she retired. She will be known as a loving mother and grandmother. Her survivors include a son, Steven (Angie) Clevenger; a granddaughter, Nikki Clevenger; a sister, Mary Wells; and two brothers, Dennis (Peg) Clevenger and Jim (Maxine) Clevenger. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Pat Clevenger; and a sister, Peggy Frey. Woodlawn Family Funeral Centre of Seymour has been entrusted with arrangements.
