Reta Marie Meyer

Reta Marie Meyer, age 58 of New Palestine, passed away on Friday, September 5th at Community Hospital East in Indianapolis. She was born December 10, 1955 in Louisville, Kentucky. Reta will be remembered as someone who loved to be with her children and grandchildren. She also loved to read, color and watch movies. Survivors include two children, J.D. Welch and his wife Sherifa of Clarksville and Angel Hughey and her husband Jon of New Palestine. Reta also had three grandchildren, Korbin Welch, Carinne Strubbe and Dylan Strubbe; and a sister, Jeanne Wallner of Clarksville. Reta also leaves behind her precious cat, Hades. Reta was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Garry. No formal services have been scheduled. Memorials can be made to the family to offset funeral expenses.
