Sherri Marie (Bunch) Cox

Sherri Marie (Bunch) Cox, age 49, a native of Hamilton, Ohio and a resident of North Vernon, Indiana, passed away on Friday, February 11, 2022 at Schneck Medical Center. She was born on December 8, 1972 to the late Charles Bunch Sr. and the late Bertie (Witt) Sauer. She was a Christian by faith and had her B.A. in Psychology from IUPUC. She enjoyed shopping and collecting teddy bears. She will forever be remembered as "Super Nana", loving her grandkids as only she could. She loved snacks and always had them ready. She was the "Go To" for the entire family, an amazing listener and was always helpful to whomever needed her. She was famous for her "Mama's Surprise" at dinner time.
She is survived by her four daughters, Jessica Cox and her life partner, Bryan Root of North Vernon, Indiana, Heather Russell and her husband Jimmy of North Vernon, Indiana, Samantha Bebout and her husband Garrett of North Vernon, Indiana and Marrissa Stolze of Brownstown, Indiana. Two sisters, Donna Walls of Versailles, Indiana and Patricia Saunders of Brownstown, Indiana. Nine grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Charles Bunch Jr. and Thomas Bunch, one sister, Susan Smith and her best friend that she loved like a sister, Paula Singelton.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 17, 2022 from 10:00 AM Until 1:00 PM at Woodlawn Family Funeral Centre with services beginning at 1:00 PM with Pastor Jim Hudson officiating.
