Virginia L. Reid

Virginia Lee (Pendley) Reid, age 84 of Madison, passed away on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at Kentuckiana Medical Center in Clarksville, Indiana. Born August 30, 1930 in Hillside, Kentucky she was the daughter of Owen and Eva (Lee) Pendley, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her husband Charles M. Reid; one sister Callistus Fugate and two brothers Keith and James D. Pendley. Virginia enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, crochet doilies, watching TV and reading books. SURVIVORS Survivors include her daughter; Tina Bell of Madison; her three sons, Francis Darrell “Frankie” Reid and his wife Robin of Bedford, KY, Charles Owen Reid and Curtis D. Reid both of Madison; five sisters, Eva Nell Goodrich of Hopkinsville, KY, Shirley Randolph of Greenville, KY, Diane Carrol and Freda Yvonne Pendley both of Muhlenberg County, KY; one brother Jerry Pendley of Kentucky; nine grandchildren, Lesli, Derrik, Dakota, Faith, Brandon, Alex, Hannah, Katiann and Kiara and several nieces and nephews.
