Ada Louise Hill

Ada Louise Hill, age 58, of Crothersville, Indiana, and the daughter of Howard Richard and Ida Juliette (Lunger) Gustafson, was born on January 18, 1967 in Bay City, Michigan. After graduating from high school in Gaylord, Michigan, she moved to Columbus, Ohio where she met the love of her life. On December 18, 1989, she was united in marriage to Larry LeRoy Hill in Paulding, Ohio, and they were blessed with two daughters, Sarah and Lauren. Over the years, Ada was a housekeeper at Seymour Crossing and Schneck Medical Center, where she worked for fifteen years. In her spare time, she enjoyed being outdoors, working in her flower and vegetable gardens, and watching crime TV shows and movies. More than anything, she loved spending time with children and grandchildren. Mrs. Hill passed away on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at the Schneck Medical Center with her loving family by her side.

Her life will be cherished by her husband of 35 years, Larry Hill of Crothersville; her daughters: Sarah Butler and her husband, Wilbert of Moyock, North Carolina, and Lauren Hill of Crothersville; and her grandchildren: Alexis, Jaythan, Conner, and Oscar. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.

A visitation celebrating Ada’s wonderful life will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2025, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the Christensen Family Funeral Home, 311 Holiday Square Road, Seymour, Indiana.
