Mr. Carl Adkins, 63, of Crothersville, was born November 6, 1955, and passed away December 21, 2018. All services are private. Burial will take place at Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Sandra "Sandy" Murphy Adkins. Arrangements have been entrusted to Winklepleck & Brock Funeral Home in Brownstown.
