Elizabeth “Betty” Miller, born on August 22, 1937, in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, embarked on her eternal journey on September 26, 2025, in Brownstown, Indiana. She lived a life full of love, hard work, and dedication, leaving a legacy that will forever be cherished by her family and friends.
A devoted mother, Elizabeth poured her heart into her family. She is survived by her loving daughters, Barbara Miller of Lebanon, PA, and Deborah Ann Aguirre, who resides in Seymour, Indiana, along with her husband Miguel. Elizabeth took great pride in her roles as a mother and grandmother, always savoring moments spent with her grandchildren: Richard, Shannon, Jessica, Tyler, and Adan. Her role as a great-grandmother brought her boundless joy as she embraced Evelyn, Lilliana, Case, Grayson, Isabella, and Karmen with warmth and affection.
Elizabeth's roots in her community were evident through her passion for her work in the food service industry, where she served at Jay C for over ten years. Her dependable and caring nature earned her the respect and affection of both her colleagues and customers. Cooking was not just a job for Elizabeth; it was a way to express her love. Known especially for her delicious stuffed cabbage, peppers, and chili, she made every holiday gathering special with her Thanksgiving culinary creations.
In addition to her culinary talents, Elizabeth had a creative side that blossomed through her hobbies. Her love for crafts shone through in the seasonal wreaths she lovingly created, each piece reflecting her caring spirit. As a Christian by faith, Elizabeth's life was a testament to her values of compassion, community, and love.
She will be deeply missed by her brothers, Steve Kulback and his wife Ruth, and Thomas Kulback and his wife Priscilla, who fondly remember their sister's nurturing spirit and vibrant personality. A cherished part of her family, Elizabeth will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Mary (Komara) Kulback and Stephen Kulback, her dear siblings, Fran Kulback and Mary Louise Salley, and great-grandson, Noah. Their memories will forever intertwine with hers, forming a tapestry of love and remembrance.
As we celebrate Elizabeth's remarkable life, we are reminded of the indelible mark she left on those fortunate enough to know her. Her legacy of love, warmth, and unwavering support will continue to inspire and uplift her family for generations to come.
In keeping with her wishes, the family has chosen cremation.
