Le sobreviven su amado esposo, Arael José Pérez, de Seymour, Indiana; su devota madre, María Sebastián Diego; Sus amados hijos, Queyli Pérez Sebastián, Elisa Edimia Pérez Sebastián, Marleny Pérez Sebastián, Víctor Sebastián Sebastián (todos de Seymour, Indiana) y Sebastián Abel Sebastián Sebastián de Guatemala; y sus hermanas Aura Mariela Sebastián Sebastián y Dorcas Dina Sebastián Sebastián de Guatemala, así como María Sebastián Sebastián de Seymour, Indiana. Su padre, Tomás Sebastián, falleció antes que ella, pero su recuerdo perdura, entrelazado con el de ella.

Her faith was a cornerstone, sustained as a devoted member of Rios de Agua Viva for over sixteen years, grounding her spirit with grace and community. This steadfast faith carried her through life’s seasons and now accompanies her in eternal rest.

Fabiana’s departure leaves a void in the hearts of many. She is survived by her beloved husband, Arael Jose Perez of Seymour, Indiana; her devoted mother, Maria Sebastian Diego; her cherished children, Queyli Perez Sebastian, Elisa Edimia Perez Sebastian, Marleny Perez Sebastian, Victor Sebastian Sebastian (all of Seymour, Indiana), and Sebastian Abel Sebastian Sebastian of Guatemala; and her sisters Aura Mariela Sebastian Sebastian and Dorcas Dina Sebastian Sebastian of Guatemala, as well as Maria Sebastian Sebastian of Seymour, Indiana. Her father, Tomas Sebastian, preceded her in death, yet his memory lives on, interwoven with hers.

The family and friends gather to honor Fabiana’s legacy at Christensen Family Funeral Home, located at 311 Holiday Square Road, Seymour, Indiana. Visitation will be held on June 6, 2026, beginning at 11:00 a.m., followed by the funeral service at 12:00 p.m., continuing until 1:00 p.m. Here, stories will be shared, tears and smiles mingling as loved ones remember a woman who loved deeply and lived fully. She will be laid to rest at Riverview Cemetery immediately following.
