James D. "Jim" Hall

James D. “Jim” Hall, 75, of Bedford, passed away Sunday, Nov. 13, 2022, at his residence. He was born in Jackson County on Sept. 6, 1947, to Paul “Si” and Anna Mae (Henderson) Hall. He married Lisa J. Turpin and she survives.
Jim attended Clearspring School, was a truck driver and enjoyed playing poker.
Surviving Jim are his wife, Lisa; children, Matt A. (Esther) Hall, Jimmie D. (Jerri Kay) Hall, Jennifer Fleetwood, Jackie (Ray) Stevens and John L. Neff.; grandchildren, Brent A. and Logan S. Hall, Steven and Kayla Stout, Jade Cockeran, Evan (Maddy), Brooklyn, Johnathon, Zachary and Devin Neff, Braydon Stevens and Brittany (Thomas) Nordhoff; and several great grandchildren.
Preceding Jim in death are his parents; and siblings, Ronald “Dean” Hall, Sherry Barrett and Charles “Doodle” Hall.
Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 17, 2022, at the Winklepleck & Brock Funeral Home in Brownstown. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday until the hour of service. Burial will be in Kurtz Cemetery.
Donations in Jim’s memory may be made to the Kurtz Cemetery.
