Jeffrey Lynn Rumph

Jeffrey Lynn Rumph, age 66, a lifelong resident of Seymour, Indiana, passed away on Friday, October 23, 2026 at his residence surrounded by his beloved family. He was born on May 20, 1960 to the late Richard L. "Dick" Rumph and Patricia (Reichenbacker) Hensley. He was a 1978 graduate of Seymour High School and a an employee of Pet Supply Plus for over 14 years. He was a Christian by faith.

Jeffrey was a big hearted man that would help anyone that needed him, often putting others needs ahead of his own. He was quite the jokester and enjoyed being with his friends and family. He was a fan of IU basketball, football and the Indianapolis Colts. He had a deep love for deer hunting and fishing and enjoyed sitting outside and just enjoying the day.

He is survived by his wife of 14 years, Linda (Quire) Rumph of Seymour, Indiana, two sons, Caleb Rumph and his wife Brianna of Crothersville, Indiana and Larry Sizemore and his wife Julie of Seymour, Indiana. Two daughters, Kenzie Rumph of Crothersville, Indiana and Brandy Sizemore and her wife Kyra of Seymour, Indiana. Three brothers, Michael Rumph and his wife Van of California, Tony Rumph and his wife Luania of Georgia and Andy Rumph and his wife Brandy of Bedford, Indiana. Two sisters, Jonra Rebber and her husband Phil of Seymour, Indiana and Debbie Gorbett and her husband Dan of Seymour, Indiana. One grandson, Jameson Wyatt Rumph.

In keeping with his wishes, the family has chosen cremation and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
