Pascual Baltazar Pascual, de 42 años, originario de Huehuetenango, San Sebastián Coatán, Guatemala, y residente de Seymour, Indiana, falleció el 20 de agosto de 2026 como resultado de un trágico accidente automovilístico. Era hijo de Sebastián Tomás Baltazar y de la fallecida Catarina Pascual. Era miembro de La Casa Guadalupana en Seymour, Indiana, y participaba activamente en el ministerio de oración y el ministerio de música, donde se desempeñaba como líder de banda y cantante y le encantaba apoyar económicamente a su iglesia. Era muy bueno en la construcción y su trabajo era muy conocido en todo Seymour.
Era un hombre muy alegre que amaba a los niños, y ellos se sentían felices con él. Conocía y quería a muchas personas, y cuando alguien lo necesitaba, hacía todo lo posible por ayudarle, muchas veces de forma gratuita. Hablaba bien inglés y ayudaba a las personas con sus trámites o con cualquier cosa que necesitaran de él. Siempre estaba sonriendo y siempre mostraba bondad y respeto hacia los demás.
Le sobreviven su padre, Sebastián Tomás Baltazar y Baltazar, y su esposa, María Sebastián Nicolás, un hermano, Tomás Baltazar Pascual de Seymour, Indiana, y dos hermanas, Ana Baltazar Pascual de Guatemala y Melecia Diego Felipe de Seymour, Indiana.
Le precedieron en la muerte su madre y su hermana, Petrona Baltazar Pascual.
La familia recibirá a los amigos el viernes 28 de agosto del 2026 de 5:00 PM a 8:00 PM en La Casa Guadalupana, ubicada en 1400 Shields Ave. en Seymour, Indiana. El velorio continuará el sábado 29 de agosto del 2026 de 9:00 AM a 10:00 AM. La procesión fúnebre partirá a las 10:20 AM hacia la Iglesia Católica Saint Ambrose, donde se celebrará la Santa Misa funeral a las 11:00 AM.
Sus restos serán trasladados para su descanso final a su amada Guatemala.

Pascual Baltazar Pascual, age 42, a native of Huehuetenango, San Sebastian Coatan, Guatemala and a resident of Seymour, Indiana, passed away August 20, 2026 as a result of a tragic car accident. He was the son of Sebastian Tomas Baltazar and the late Catarina Pascual. He was a member of La Casa Guadalupana in Seymour, Indiana and was heavily involved in prayer ministry and music ministry where he served as a band leader and singer and loved supporting his church financially. He was a talented builder and his workmanship was well known throughout Seymour.
He was a very happy man who loved children, and they were drawn to him. He knew and loved a lot of people, and when someone needed him, he would do his best to help them, many times for free. He spoke English well and would help people with their paperwork or whatever they needed of him. He was always smiling and always showed kindness and respect towards others.
He is survived by his father, Sebastian Tomas Baltazar y Baltazar and his wife, Maria Sebastian Nicolas, one brother, Tomas Baltazar Pascual of Seymour, Indiana and two sisters, Ana Baltazar Pascual of Guatemala and Melecia Diego Felipe of Seymour, Indiana.
He was preceded in death by his mother and his sister, Petrona Baltazar Pascual.
The family will receive friends on Friday, August 28, 2026 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at La Casa Guadalupana, located at 1400 Shields Ave. in Seymour, Indiana. Visitation will resume on Saturday, 29, 2026 from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM. A funeral procession will commence at 10:20 AM for Saint Ambrose Catholic Church, with a Mass of Christian Burial to begin at 11:00 AM.
He will be laid to rest in his beloved Guatemala.
