Thomas "Tommy Jo" Joseph Hall, age 70, a native of Seymour and a resident of Medora, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, September 12, 2026 at Schneck Medical Center. He was born on January 20, 1956 to the late Kenneth Hall and the late Norma (Phillips) Hall. He was a 1975 graduate of Medora High School.
Tommy Jo will forever be remembered as a strong willed man that was full of energy and lived his life to the fullest and enjoyed every minute of it. He never met a stranger and would do whatever he could to help anyone that needed him. He worked in construction for over forty years, retiring to be the best dad and making so many wonderful memories along the way. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, camping and truly loved the outdoors. He loved his daughters and his grandsons and the many kids that simply called him "dad". He was the best/worst Robin Hood who touched the lives of so many people.
He is survived by his daughters, Haley Barclay and her husband Tarrin of Medora, Indiana and Heather Walter of Indianapolis, Indiana. Three grandchildren, Oliver Barclay, C.J. Walter and Aiden Walter.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
In keeping with his wishes, the family has chosen cremation and updated celebration of life arrangements will be posted at a later date.
