John W. Wagner Iii

John William Wagner III, age 41, a native of Columbus, Indiana and a resident of Seymour, Indiana, passed away on Monday, May 13, 2024 at Schneck Medical Center. He was born on September 12, 1982 to the late John Wagner II and the late Betty Jane (Adams) Pitts. He was a Christian by faith. John was a fun loving, outgoing man that loved the outdoors. He enjoyed landscaping, working outside and being with his family and friends.

He is survived by his two sons, Ean Kelley of North Vernon, Indiana and John W. Wagner IV of Hope, Indiana. Two daughters, Kylynn Wagner of Hope, Indiana and Kara Wagner of Hope, Indiana. Step-mother, Rebecca Wagner, who loved him as her own. Two step-brothers, Christopher Ward and his wife Angie of Columbus, Indiana and William Ward of Nashville, Indiana. One sister, Jennifer Elifritz and her husband Shane of Vernon, Indiana. Also his girlfriend, Wendy Brewster of Seymour, Indiana.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

In keeping with his wishes the family has chosen cremation and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
